Is stress effecting your life?

One point in our lives we may all experience different kinds of stress that can be due to multiple different reasons. According to the Gale Encyclopedia of Science, stress can be defined as a mental, emotional or physical tension brought about by internal or external pressures such as anxiety or overwork. All the weight that is placed on us throughout our lives can cause high to low levels of stress depending on what the pressure is. This can cause us to experience symptoms of stress in an undesirable manner.

As previously stated, it can be an internal or external occurrence and can take a negative toll on our bodies physically, emotionally and mentally. Although, there are ways that dealing with stress can be made easier or hindered.
