The signs and symptoms that stress may be affecting an individual's health differs greatly from person to person.

  1. Physical:  has a term "feeling sick" and how the body reacts when it comes to stress leading to stomach aches, head aches, sweaty hands, weight loss or weight gain

  2. Psychological: are emotional changes such as aggravation, often forgetful, difficulty concentrating, feeling restless, or even disappointed

  3. Behavioural: can be unhealthy when people use alcohol, drug substance abuse, or thinking of running away from home
