Introduction
Climate change is among the significant contemporary issues affecting the ecosystems, economies, and societies of the modern world. According to Taylor (2021), it defines extended patterns of precipitation, temperature, and other weather conditions due to organic and human activities. Although climatic changes have happened throughout Earth's history, the recent fast rise in global temperatures has been predominantly driven by human-caused causes such as the Industrial Revolution, forest destruction, and excessive greenhouse gas emissions (Williams, 2020). Climate change has far-reaching repercussions, including effects on biodiversity, ecology, and climate patterns. However, numerous solutions for mitigating its impacts can be undertaken through global collaboration and technology breakthroughs. This paper examines the causes of global warming, the effect it has on the environment, and the various solutions that have been proposed for the situation.
