
Introduction
Depression is a common mental health condition that affects how an individual feels, thinks, their thoughts and their actions. It can cause sadness, loss of interest in daily routine tasks, and have very low energy. People also have trouble in sleeping, eating, or focusing on any tasks. Individuals who are facing this problem is due to lack of low mood, low self believe and less effort in doing activities. (Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry, 2017)
