Introduction to Memory

Memory is a mental activity that enables one to encode, store and retrieve information with time. Characteristics of learning, communication, and decision-making in daily life are crucial to it.

In schools, memory is of great significance. It assists students in grasping lessons, do assignments and exam preparation. Learning could not be done without memory. 

Memory is not an isolated system. Rather, it comprises of various processes and structures that interact to support both learning and behaviour. It is also useful in reminding people of past experiences and utilizing knowledge in new scenarios.
