Have any enrolment or schedule questions? We can help – join our daily interactive Microsoft Teams session hosted by our Records team. The session runs Monday to Friday starting April 13 - May 13, 2022 (from 10am–3pm each day).

To join a session:

  1. Go to the Bookings page. You will see availability for up to two days in advance of today’s date.
  2. Select a convenient time.
  3. Enter your name, Sheridan email address, student ID, and Program name.
  4. Your invite will be sent to the email address you provided.
  5. Follow the instructions on the invite.

March 7: Access OTR services online and on campus

Effective March 7th, the Office of the Registrar will be back on campus and also continuing to work remotely to support all our students.

We’re as focused on your success as you are — Sheridan offers a complete range of academic support services.

Our teams are available in-person, via email or by phone to help you with everything from program information and career advising to admissions questions, registration & class schedules, financial aid, transcripts, enrolment letters and more!. Stay posted to myOTR for updates.

October 21, 2021: Information Needed to Issue Your 2020 T2202 form

It will be tax season soon! Due to Government of Canada income tax laws, Sheridan College is required to include a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) or to issue T2202 forms, which are generated for each student who has paid fees.

For international students, if you do not have a SIN, you must contact Service Canada to see if you are eligible for one. For more information on how to apply for a SIN or to find a Service Canada Centre near you, visit Service Canada, or call 1-800-597-4732. If you are not eligible to get a SIN, you must complete Form T1261: Application for a Canada Revenue Agency Individual Tax Number (ITN) for Non-Residents. Do not apply for an ITN if you already have a SIN or are waiting for a SIN application to be processed. Click here for Form T1261.

If you haven't already, please ensure that you provide us your SIN as soon as possible (the information is secure and kept strictly confidential). Please be aware that if you do not provide your SIN, you may incur a $100 penalty from the Canada Revenue Agency.
