inspired by our island surroundings and by other sunny cultures from

A platter of fresh buffalo mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, and
island-grown basil drizzled with balsamic vinegar and imported
Tuscan olive oil.
Crispy crab cakes paired with our fresh, hand-chopped avocado salsa.
