Solutions:
We can describe
the situation in wildlife as that we are now in an epidemic
situation, and this requires us to take the correct and urgent steps
to be able to preserve wildlife. Therefore, there are four
suggestions that must be implemented and taken into consideration to
preserve wildlife in the pandemic. The first suggestion is after the
agreements are enacted, wet wildlife markets must be suspended
because these markets are unhealthy and sell many types of live and
dead animals. The method of catching them from their natural
environment is often illegal. The second, to reduce human
interference with wildlife. Reducing forest degradation, pollution
and poaching, professional and ethical principles must be followed
in interactions between researchers. Thirdly, is to preserve bats
and pangolins without blaming them for anything. Bats and pangolins
participate in a variety of ways in serving the ecosystem, from
pollination to seed dispersal, pest control and fertilization of
lands and oceans . Finally Chinese medicine must be more careful and
supervised. The rising human population in China has a great impact
on nature. Chinese medicine dates back more than 5,000 years, but
there is a need to regulate it because the use of medicines has a
significant impact on the use and conservation of wildlife. Using cultivated plants instead of using animals is something that
we cannot consider realistic. Therefore, stronger international laws
must be implemented and increased awareness about the environment
will reduce the risks to which wildlife will be exposed in the
future.
