Based on research that was taken in Japan, it is known that statins are used the most to the patients with heart disease. Which lowers the cholesterol level by 40% and reduce enzymes and is also known for making the function of vessel walls better and when they have inflammation effects.
Fibrates

This is the main drug that is used to help people with heart disease. It helps them by having the most effective effect on reducing triglycerides and brings good and healthy cholesterol to the body. And it is known to be a better drug than statins. If statins and fibrates are mixed then the patient can encounter the risk of myopathy, even the patients with horrible failure of heart. It is good to have it but there should be cautions when taking it.
Antiplatelet Drugs

These drugs help the patient with heart disease by bring them normal blood cells to their body. Also fixing the damages that was done to the blood vessels. This is strictly used by itself or by mixed together to avoid any cardiovascular risks happening to the patient.
