Conclusion
In conclusion, good sleep hygiene involves activities and practices that facilitate an individual to get quality and restful sleep without using medicines. This is essential for overall good health, both physically and spiritually. Good sleep hygiene does not necessarily guarantee a good night's sleep due to a variety of factors. On the impact of good sleep hygiene on human health, good sleep hygiene is associated with improved quality of sleep among individuals; it is a biological necessity that enhances overall body functions. Bad lifestyle factors affect an individual's good sleeping hygiene, and this involves an individual's decisions and choices that they make daily. Good sleep hygiene practices work in some and fail to work in others cases due to their different occupation and ages.
